Our thanks to Silvia Bossi for sending us this gem (click here to enlarge the image). Basically, the Italian verb “scaricare” has more than one equivalent in English. If you’re talking about computer programmes and files, then you download, but if you’re talking about the bathroom, then you flush. Not only that, you “press here” (not “click here”) “to flush.”
