Speaker: Mark Worden (Standard British accent):
The January issue of Speak Up features an interview with the author Patrick McGrath. In this out-take we asked him what he liked and disliked most about Italy:
Gosh! Well, what I like about Italy is that Italy has been so generous and supportive of my work. Whenever I've been here, I've received great hospitality. I've eaten well, I've drunk well, I've… I should also say that my sister lives in the Veneto and so I try to get to Venice once a year, but Venice and Rome have been (the most) extraordinary beautiful places… cities that… that I know of, I think. I can't think of anything bad to say about Italy!
