Steven Soderbergh, 50, has directed some great films over the years, such as Sex, Lies and Videotape (1989), Erin Brockovich (2000), Ocean’s Eleven (2001) and its sequels. It’s therefore sad to discover that he plans to stop making movies as he is “disillusioned” with Hollywood. And so his latest movie, Behind the Candelabra, which premiered at last month’s Cannes Film Festival, could be his last.
Behind the Candelabra stars Michael Douglas as the extravagant entertainer, Liberace, and Matt Damon as Scott Thorson, his young lover.
